Facilities

The high school has recently expanded its purpose built facilities.  Set in its own part of the campus, the high school buildings take full advantage of the scenic location.  Classrooms are spacious, air conditioned and specialised depending on the subject being taught.  Technology (computers, LCD’s, interactive whiteboards and e-beams) is used as a teaching as well as a learning tool in many classrooms and the high school has its own dedicated computer lab with full broadband internet access.  There is also a study resource centre used primarily by senior students for independant study but it is also used for micro teaching classes.  There are science labs, a library, specialized areas for the Arts, Sports as well as areas for the students to relax in the canteen or in the garden and verandah areas.  The Sports Hall is a very important new multipurpose covered sports facility giving the school a full sized tennis court, basketball court, volleyball courts, badminton courts, an exercise/yoga room, shower facilities and an extensive covered seating area for spectators.  Dyatmika also employs a full time, experienced counsellor offering careers guidance as well as personal counselling for all students.
