Coincident with the Founders' decision to initiate a strategic planning process was the passage of new laws governing the formation and administration of Indonesian non-profit organizations. In compliance with these new regulations, the Founders of Dyatmika have restructured the Dyatmika Sekar Bawana Foundation, and have appointed two administrative bodies within the Foundation. The first is the Yayasan Board, which will oversee all aspects of Foundation activities, and the second is the Whole School Executive which oversees the various activities of Dyatmika School.
The Whole School Executive consists of the following positions: Director, Whole School National Curriculum Advisor, Head of Primary School, Head of Secondary School, Kepala Sekolah SD, and Kepala Sekolah SMP/SMA. It is assisted in the school by the Business Manager, Campus Supervisor, IT Supervisor, Administration Office Supervisor and the PTFA Representative.
The intent of the Founders is to empower the Yayasan Board and the Whole School Executive. It is the role of the Yayasan Board, with the founders, to review decisions and policies to ensure that the vision and mission of the Foundation is adhered to, and that sound business and fiscal policies are being followed by Dyatmika School.
