Community Service

Senior high school students are involved in year-long community service projects both in and out of the school.  Most classes have a "buddy" class in a younger or an older class where the older students learn to support the younger students in their study and play.  The school also works with the local Banjar community helping to support a Kindergarten school and inviting children from the community to meet students and to use the school’s facilities.  It is expected that the older students take on responsibility for the health of the school community in general through positions of leadership.
