We have now received all sibling enrolments for the next school year 2012 - 2013. Please contact us if you are interested in enrolling for this next school year. You can down load the enrolment form below, complete it and send this to us for your child/children at any time now. We are currently processing all applications for children for all classes for 2012 - 2013.
Please send completed enrolment forms and/or any requests for any further information to Ibu Yunita, the enrolment officer, at info@dyatmika.org. Some of our classes are already quite full so to avoid disappointment please contact us soon so we can help you. Please note that application forms are processed on a first come first served basis.
